In this episode, we’re talking about the “new rules” of the OR—starting with robotic intubations (say it isn’t so 🤖😳). Are we actually making things better, or just adding another thing to troubleshoot while someone’s desatting? Asking for a friend 🙃
 
Then we get into the unwritten rules of being a female in medicine: be confident but not too confident, speak up but don’t be “difficult,” and somehow work twice as hard to get half the credit 😵‍💫🩺
 
And let’s be real—the biggest rule that needs to be official: fair pay. Equal work should mean equal pay. Period. 💅🏽💸
